I don’t have the book but from looking hesr it, it might whay worth while having but don’t expect it to do all the stuff it says, that takes time and lots of practice. I don’t know how you could learn just shapes though, maybe cause I know all the note names but to me I don’t think you’ve really learned a chord if you don’t know the note names because then you still can’t apply that shape to any other key that you want to use it in. In other words, he not only knows what it wants, but he lives it, too.
