While Regan and Quinn stoke the fires, ‘Kid’ finds lust with Nikki just before the bad boys get to flex their own alpha muscles.
Would strongly suggest that the series be read in order. I will definitely uot reading this series.
But that’s what made me realize it deserved a high rating. Now fate has brought them back together and this is their story. I feel like a broken record but Kid and Nikki again so amazing, the scene where Kid crumbles carzy Nikki after losing his brother almost had me teary eyed.

You are introduced to a few members of the task force, and there is also another relationship between Regan’s sister and Kid Chaos a team member of Quinn’s. There’s a lot of B plot going on in the second half of the book, setting up characters for future installments, and that took away from a real resolution between Katya, Christian, and Marilyn.
Ho these men, and “woman”, I won’t spoil it with any more info are just larger than life, sexy, brave, talented soldiers and are all stuff t Okay, I’m going to try to not gush I didn’t feel like we got a sense of what was really going on in anyone’s deeper character, most of all the two main protagonists.
There needed to be a better transition there. The evening ended with Kat running down an alley from a group of boys she though were her friends. Her character charmed me as I watched her walk jamzen Travis the Angel with her shirt mis-buttoned; her skirt not quite zipped up; her glasses taped together; her shoelace coming untied, etc. I didn’t really care that Gillian was on a suicidal personal vengeance mission, still didn’t care that three other SDF operators were out all night trying to stop her and most definitely didn’t care twra she got shot herself in the end.
At the same time, Janzen writes the memory-addled grandfather with a delicate touch, supporting heroine Nikki McKinney has a genuinely interesting job, and I am a sucker for sequel-bait. The Best Books of This is the story of Christian Hawkins and Katya Dekker. There was also one regrettable instance where a character pulled a dumb move in an otherwise dumb move free book. I’ve read several of the Steele Street books and liked them for their fast pace, their gritty depiction of heroes who operate just this side carzy the law performing secret missions for the government while driving souped-up classic cars, and their hot, sexy romance between the leads.
But even the spicy, hot sexual scenes could not remove that hint of darkness surrounding Red Dog. I need to move on, but aghhhh! Their grandfather Wilson seems to be suffering some memory loss and stumbles into and out of the reason for this party and the sisters share an obvious trait or family illness that causes frequent bouts of lightheadedness from all the air they’re storing in their heads.
I was a little confused about Travis and the Rat chick too. I will definitely read another book in this series, especially that the next one is about Hawkins. I still think he’s wonderful, and let’s just say if I spilled a mocha latte in his car, I might have reacted just like Kat did.
This series The Steele Street Series has quickly drawn me in and I can’t wait to get to the next book. The only problem is he has to find some way to protect Regan and her family and catch the bad guys on top of it. Smith Rydell and Honoria “Honey” York’s story that really saved this one – loved it! May 21, Morgan rated it liked it. To be fair, I think it was C. Paperbackpages. Keeping janzne safe is his latest mission.
Crazy Sweet (Steele Street, #6) by Tara Janzen
The scene where they’re painting each other faces that sound weird writing like that jansen It’s basically a romantic suspense but apart from a flimsy suspense plot, its an out and cgazy romance and that would have been ok with me if it was a bit more developed The story goes like this. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. When last Special Defense Force SDF Agent Christian Hawkins last saw Senator’s daughter and trouble magnet Kat Katya Dekker, he was unknowingly taking his first halting steps toward a wrongful conviction for murder after saving Kat from a horrific rape scenario.
Loved C and Honey, though.
